The usual route to reach Fernando de Noronha is from the United States, via Central American waters. The Holland America Line operates a cruise that begins at the port of Fort Lauderdale in Florida, travels to the Bahamas and then makes it way to the Brazilian ports, stopping at Fortaleza before heading to Fernando de Noronha.

The 33 days cruise offered by Holland America on this route ends at Buenos Aires, while the 66 days cruise makes it way to Antarctica before heading back to the original starting point.

This cruise takes place on the ms Prisendam ship, which has a guest capacity of 835, offers 3 restaurants, a café, culinary arts centre, spa, salon, cultural centre, swimming pool and bars and features impressive sculptures and art aboard the liner.

Route from Brazil

In Brazil is possible to book a cruise with 5 – 7 night which itinerary includes Recife, Natal, Fortaleza, Fernando de Noronha, Maceio, Salvador, Buzios and Santos.

This cruise includes amenities such as a disco, casino, theatre, swimming pool, spa, restaurants and bars.

You could choose to travel to all the destinations or just some and embark at all the ports mentioned in the itinerary, except Fernando de Noronha and Buzios. It is important to note that the cruises usually halt for only 1 – 2 days at Fernando de Noronha.
